How billing works when using Linjar

In this guide we will explain how the billing work.


Usage-Based Billing

Our billing system is based on usage, where the organization is billed for every user in the organization. This means that the more users that are active within the organization, the higher the overall cost will be.

Monthly Billing Cycle

The billing cycle for our software is set to a monthly schedule. This means that organizations will receive an invoice one time each month for the previous 30 days' usage. The exact date for the billing depends on when subscription started.

Invoicing

At the end of each billing cycle, organizations will receive an invoice outlining the total cost for the previous month's usage. This invoice will include a detailed breakdown of the number of users. The invoice can be found in billing page in admin account.

Cancellation

If an organization chooses to cancel their subscription, they will not be billed for any future usage. However, any outstanding billing cycle will still need to be paid.

Free Trial

Our software also offers a 14-days free trial for new user without providing billing details. During this trial period, users will be able to fully access and use the software without any cost. You have to keep in mind that if you wish to continue using the app you have add your billing details before the trail ends otherwise the app will be inactivated.

Please keep in mind that during the free trial period, it's important to monitor the usage of the software to ensure that you will not be surprised by the invoice after the trial.
